Ward 132 councillor desires blessings for residents

“I would like to thank all our residents who have been so supportive and have given me and the City of Joburg much support in the last year “It has been a rough ride. No water at times, no electricity at times, crime out of control in certain areas, traffic congestion and basic lawlessness.
