Midrand Value Centre aims to help the community

MIDRAND – Community members are invited to the weekly MVC Auto Fair every Sunday.

Cash Up Auction and Midrand Value Centre have teamed up to create the weekly MVC Auto Fair for the local community every Sunday.

Cash Up Auction marketing manager Nadia Els said, “Given the present situation that the country finds itself in, we as Cash Up Auction have come up with a way to give back to the community. We are proudly sponsoring an Auto Fair event happening every Sunday at the Midrand Value Centre.”

The event allows local residents to park and sell their vehicles while also offering a free wash.

She added, “They can also enjoy amazing cuisine while they wait for their cars to be washed for free. As well as free stalls available to all vendors. No catch. Just our way of giving back. Enter free raffles and stand a chance to win a prize. There will also be entertainment for the little ones.”

Els added, “South Africa is experiencing a huge financial crisis. Our economy is such where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. We have isolated the free stalls with other free park and sells as people are trying to get out of their cars. South Africa is highly dependent on informal trading as this private sector brings relief to the more challenged South Africans during this pandemic.

“Car owners that are challenged with massive repayments or want to downsize or simply sell their extra car have the opportunity to do that for themselves at the MVC Auto Fair. This sponsor by Cash Up Auction will eliminate the motor dealer sharks taking advantage of car owners trying to sell their cars during desperate circumstances.”
