With load-shedding making a comeback, everyone’s day-to-day life has been affected. The Midrand Reporter took to the streets to ask people how load-shedding has affected them. this is what they had to say…

KARABO THALE: Load-shedding affects me because it’s messing up my day-to-day schedule. First of all, because on some days we get load-shedding in the morning when I have to bath and the water in the geyser is cold and sometimes we can’t cook in the evening.
CAMRYNNE CROSS: Load-shedding affects me negatively because we work from home, so sometimes, when we have load-shedding we have to venture out to go work somewhere else and we lose connectivity to our laptops and Wi-Fi.
ZINTLE NGCUNGAMA: Load-shedding has affected my time schedule in the morning when I have to prepare for work, and everyone in my household is working so most of the time we are late because of load-shedding.
