In the Midrand Cluster, the young girls beat their archrivals Midrand High and Curro Sagewood 22–1 and 35–3 respectively. They finished the cluster with 105 points and progressed to the district level.
From district, they progressed to the inter-districts and eventually regional where their journey came to a halt.
Tsatsi said, “However, I am pleased with the on-the-court performance and how they fought and worked together as a team.”

Malapile added, “I was happy with how we played. We played against teams that were on our level, but when we got to the regional, the level then began to be more intense and the team matched us pound-to-pound.”
Kalako heaped praise on the camaraderie of the team having played together since U15.
“In terms of our performance, we did exceptionally well, and are happy with where we finished. Although we would have liked to finish at a higher level, getting to the regional, we saw a much higher level of netball,” added Kalako.
The team thanked the school principal Alex Tau, parents and transport personnel for their unwavering support.
