Midrand author Tinashe Mujera publishes inspiring book called Transitions
"Because transitions are the one thing all humans have in common," says Midrand author Tinashe Mujera after penning a new book about how adjusting to change is no walk in the park.
Noordwyk life coach, entrepreneur, and author Tinashe Mujera recently launched a book titled Transitions, in which she speaks about how to walk through change with faith, wisdom, and wholeness.
With the realisation that most people struggle to go through change, Mujera felt the need to write the book and give people hope and a tool of comfort. She wrote Transitions based on personal experiences and observations of people’s way of navigating life after changes occur.

In the book, the author also shares ways that readers and people who are in situations of doubt can get through these times.
Mujera also shares some of the challenges she faced when writing the book and explains how these challenges didn’t stop her from finishing and publishing the book.
“The biggest challenge was writing from a place of honesty without turning it into performance. When you’re writing a book like this, you are not just editing sentences; you are revisiting seasons that shaped you.
Some parts required emotional courage from me, and another challenge was balancing depth with simplicity because I wanted the book to feel spiritual and grounded, but also practical and readable,” said Mujera.

As an author and a life coach, Mujera’s advice to other aspiring writers who would like to publish a book is:
“As a writer, you must write a book that you wish someone would give you when you are in your hardest season and don’t wait for a perfect start with consistency.

Writing is built by discipline, not mood. Don’t write to impress, write to transform. If your message is true and your intention is service, the right people will find it.
“Lastly, get support either from an editor, a coach, or basically a community because you need accountability and structure.”
