Zenande explainrd that sound healing helps reduce stress and improve mental health as the majority of people are living busy lives because of work, personal relationships and other commitments.

After her spiritual journey of becoming a sangoma in 2023, Zenande felt the need to invest in the calling on a deeper level.

“Philani Holistic Wellness was created from a deep passion for healing and helping people to connect with themselves again. As I said, many people are emotionally burnt out and are in survival mode, and I was once in a place like that, but I found healing through sound healing.

“I dived deeper into research. I also found out that it was approved by the Food and Drug Administration as part of the healing methods for cancer.”

She added that everyone was welcome to participate in the journey of self-healing.
“Anyone can come for the sessions, whether it’s couples, work team building exercises or individuals. Children from the age of six can also take part in the healing sessions except for pregnant people, people with heart problems and alcohol or drug addicts.”

The mother of three dedicates her life to helping other people find peace and alignment and hopes Philani Holistic Wellness will help do just that.
