Shreya also achieved the significant recognition of being listed in the top 1% and top 5% of IEB candidates per subject nationally. Chloe Pillay was also among the top 5% for two subjects.

Shreya said, “The matric experience was not an easy one. It was a journey that consisted of many difficulties, and many responsibilities. However, these difficulties are what made the year valuable to me. With each difficulty, I learned a lesson and was able to gain knowledge about myself, and the material I had to learn.

“Prior to prelims, I had to learn to develop a good work ethic and time management. I have applied to study mining engineering, metallurgical engineering, and a BSc in geology. My plans are to study mining engineering and hopefully work in a job related to the field. I also plan to enrich myself in various ways as I move forward.”

The Class of 2022 is no different. I am humbled and extremely proud of their collective achievements. Furthermore, we are delighted that our students are achieving consistent matric results since our first matric group of 2019, with a 100% pass rate each year.”

George added through hard work and determination, the learners have each achieved something remarkable. “As the Reddford family, we share in the celebration of the effort made by all of our teachers and students as they persevere to grow into the best versions of themselves.”
