Midrand West Clinic service slightly better

Priya Naidoo writes: After many reports of bad service at Midrand West Clinic in Midrand Reporter last year, I was apprehensive about escorting my sick visiting mother-in-law to the clinic.

My husband and I have medical aid so I never thought I would have to go there.

I am happy to report that, after an hour of being there, we were attended to. That is quick, by any public clinic standards. I asked a lady who frequents the clinic about the service and she said compared to last year, things are looking better. Obviously clinics will never have perfect service, that is unfortunately a privilege of those who see private doctors.

I thought I would share my experience so that the staff that attended to us may feel appreciated. I did thank the ladies at the desk on our way out. I hope they will continue to provide a better service than the one they have been known to provide – bad service.
