I JUST bought a car and I am nervous daily about driving in Midrand.
I am getting tired of dodging taxis all the time when I drive on Olifanstfontein Road in Midrand in the mornings. On 19 may, I almost ‘came to blows’ with a rude taxi driver who cut in front of me and almost bumped my car. I get to work angry every day. They suddenly stop in front of us without warning. Midrand traffic is stressful enough without having to worry about getting bumped. What are police doing about these menacing drivers? Issuing tickets to these taxi drivers obviously does not deter them from crazy driving.
