An exquisite equestrian affair was the order of the day at the 70th anniversary gala of the South African Lipizzaners in Kyalami.
The gala evening was seen as very important in the history of the organisation as it marked 70 years of the Lipizzaner breed in South Africa.
Highlighting the importance of keeping the breed in existence, the evening was also set to raise funds to help fund them.
The organiser’s Irene Polchet expressed that the evening was a
success as they managed to raise close to R240 000.
