IN PHOTOS: MTPA launches Mpumalanga’s Festive Season Tourism Campaign

This annual campaign is hosted by the MTPA. It started on Thursday October 14 and ended on Saturday October 16.

A successful Mpumalanga Festive Season Campaign and media tour was held over the weekend at the Reserve Boutique Hotel.

The campaign is aimed at both trade and tourism consumers who travel to visit friends and relatives for leisure and other purposes. This includes profiling some popular and lesser known attractions in the province.
The event was a fun-filled programme. The media tour started at the Sanbonani Resort Hotel and Spa on Thursday afternoon.

Afterwards, the guests went to the Shabalala Interpretation of Culture Centre, where they were entertained with various traditional dances before being served traditional cuisine.

On Friday morning, they proceeded to the Extreme Adventure Camp, where various activities like paintballing, river rafting, quad biking and elephant interaction were offered.

 

 

 


They check in at the Hippo Hollow Hotel for the night and went to have dinner at MK Car Wash. On Saturday morning, they went to Inyaka Dam in Bushbuckridge.
