Notorious family members arrested
They were charged with a number of criminal activities ranging from house robberies and assault to stock theft.
BADPLAAS – The local police arrested five family members accused of terrorising the community.
According to Const Cynthia Dhlamini, spokesperson for Badplaas Police Station, the five were charged with a number of criminal activities ranging from house robberies and assault to stock theft.
Court outcomes were not known at the time of going to print.
Dhlamini also warned motorists using the Badplaas/Locheal road, Badplaas/ Barberton road, Badplaas/Machaadordop and Badplaas/Elukwatini road to be cautious of stray animals on those roads.
Last Saturday three people were killed when a bakkie they were travelling in overturned.
