The Diet Everyone Talks About believes that the key to healthy eating is eating the right types of carbohydrates, a controlled diet and planning! After all, failing to plan is planning to fail.

The controlled carbohydrate intake forces your body to use stored fat, and because you are not introducing excess amounts of carbohydrates (energy) into your system, there is less that will be stored because your body will use what it needs.

Controlling your use of your carbohydrate intake does not take much effort and best of all you will still be able to make delicious and scrumptious meals and treats for your family and yourself. Some key tips towards controlling carbohydrate intake involve;

• Avoid eating Carbohydrates such as white bread, potatoes and rice.

• You should rather eat cheese there are many different types and rather eat quiche.

• Foods such as veggies, fruits and milk products contain lesser amounts of carbohydrates.

• Include Protein with every meal.

Combining excising with the eating plan will help you to achieve the best results and do not have to torture yourself with strenuous exercises – you can make use of easy exercises for example a walk around the block with the dogs or if you are going on holiday to the beach, why not take that morning jog along the coast and breathe in the fresh sea air. It will help to revitalise your mind, body and spirit.

Exercise tips for the Holiday;

• Try to stretch every morning before you start your day.

• Go for a swim in the pool and do a few laps if you can swim.

• Walk after a meal and drink lots of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.

• Go sightseeing on a bicycle for a great fat burning session.

• Explore a shop or a place of interest by walking instead driving there.

• Play with your children outside.
