Villagers cry foul over waste

MANDELA VILLAGE – Residents of this informal settlement are crying foul over the mounting waste here which is causing a lot of mayhem.

“When you hear the word Mandela, the first thing that comes to your mind is the late father of the nation, Nelson Mandela who played a very significant role in making this country a better place. But what is happening in our area, I believe it’s an insult to the global icon,” said one of them, Ms Sarah Silawule.
