Man forces his private part into the victim’s mouth after rape
Tonga- A 32-year-old man from Block A has appeared before the Tonga magistrate court for allegedly raping an 18 year old boy on Thursday, September 4.
Tonga– A 32-year-old man from Block A has appeared before the Tonga magistrate court for allegedly raping an 18 year old boy on Thursday, September 4.
According to Lieutenant Mzwandile Nyambi of Tonga Police, the boy was at a local supermarket in Block A when the suspect who is a security guard at the shop asked the boy to accompany him to his room.
“When they arrived in his room the suspect offered the victim some food and the victim ate. After eating, the suspect pushed him to his bed, undressed the victim and forced himself in to him,” said Nyambi.
It is also alleged that after raping him, the suspect inserted his private part into the victim’s mouth. The victim defended himself by biting the suspect’s private part and managed to escape.
“The boy reported the matter to the police and the suspect who stays at a local church was arrested by the family violence, child protection and sexual offences unit (FCS),” he added.
The boy has been referred to the doctor for medical attention and counselling and the case has been remanded to the 10th of September 2014 for bail application.
