CGE ready to host seminar
" Women still don’t know their rights especially those who are from deep rural areas"
MBOMBELA – Even though the women’s month is about to come to an end Mpumalanga News learnt that different organizations are still eager to empower women especially those from deep rural areas.
Today women from different spheres of the province are expected to come in their numbers at the Provincial Disaster Centre to grace the Women Conference that will be hosted by the Commission on Gender Equality (CGE) from 09:00.
Speaking to this publication the coordinator of the CGE Ms Molta Mavuso said
“The reason we are hosting the conference is that we realize that women still don’t know their rights especially those who are from deep rural areas, so we believe that hosting the conference will be an eye opener to those women who will attend the conference “.
