Artists to paint the town red for Karabo
Residents are urged to put on their red outfits tomorrow in support of Karabo Mogane for his Idols SA competition journey.
Artists in the Lowveld are challenging people to join them in collecting votes for Karabo as this is now the last mile of the competition.
Thapelo Magagula of Gilden Entertainment, who is also the organizer of this massive campaign says this has grown bigger than just one artists, Mpumalanga needs to showcase its unity in helping Karabo win the Idols title.
“This is now greater than an individual; Karabo is representing the entire province. As artists, we have been voting from our
respective places, we have decided to come together, paint the town red while we vote. We will be meeting at Mochachos, City Center.
It’s going to be interesting when Karabo gets back home being South Africa’s idol, we will know the impact of unity through that feeling,” said Thapelo.
The campaign starts at 12:00 pm, the more phone numbers with airtime, the merrier.
“We are shutting down this entire Friday, social media will also be abuzz as we are going to ensure that he’s trending,” he added.
