Team Karabo condemns misleading poster
Team Karabo woke up to a big shock on Wednesday when they discovered that a certain poster had been circulated on social media, asking people to vote for Karabo in a misleading number.

The poster with Karabo’s picture which was on high rotation, was asking people to sms 10, instead of 02.
“It’s really disturbing that one would go to such an extent in destructing our well-structured campaign like that, but our team Karabo is busy addressing this issue,” said Lehlogonolo Mogane, of Team Karabo.
According to Lehlogonolo, upon tracing this certain individual, they discovered the possibilities of it being a personal vandata against Karabo.
“We tried talking to the person who designed the poster, he seems to be outspoken about his hatred for Karabo, but this is not something that will detour us, we will continue voting and encouraging people to do the same,” he added.
M-Net also confirmed that they are aware of the poster, but assured the public that there are slim chances of it messing the final outcomes.
“We did receive an email alerting us of the poster and we have spoken to Karabo about it, however, we would have to escalate the matter for an official comment.
We don’t know the origin of the picture, which might be a little bit of a problem, but the matter is being dealt with,” said Irvin Pooe of M-Net.
Team Karabo will be at the Buscor Terminus the whole day today, and are calling on people to come through and submit their phone numbers.
“We are calling on people to join us, this is the last stroke, we need to make it count,” said Lehlogonolo.
