“Information at hand showed that Bokoni Platinum in Atok outside Burgersfort is planning to retrench 2786 mineworkers, while Twickenham have already retrenched 1103 employees,” explained Mr Makhosonke Magudulela, Num deputy regional chairperson in the North Eastern mines.
