Motorists to dig deeper for Petrol
Motorist around the country should prepare to go deep into their pockets for fuel as the prices of petrol, diesel and paraffin are expected to increase on Wednesday.
Mpumalanga News visited a nearest Petrol station in Mbombela, cars were filling up in anticipation of the increase of
prices tomorrow.

However, there are some motorists who are not even aware about the increase. One car driver who preferred to remain anonymous said this will affect him since he is using his car for delivery purposes “I wish the increase in prices can just happen once in a year, now it will be difficult for me to save money because I will spend more than I have already budgeted,” he said.

Petrol will go up with 19 cents per litre, diesel with 29 cents, while paraffin will increase with 30 cents per litre.
The Energy Department cited a weaker rand and higher oil prices for the increase.
