Young queen sets her sights on Colombia

A young girl’s pageantry dream is set to become a reality as Ntandoyenkosi Nkosi (12) prepares to represent South Africa in Colombia in November.
Ntandoyenkosi, the reigning Pre-Teen Queen of Nations South Africa 2026, has become a shining example of determination, faith and hard work.
As she prepares for one of the biggest opportunities of her life, her family and supporters are appealing for donations and sponsorships to help cover travel and participation costs for the international pageant.

The young queen’s journey in the pageant world began when she was 10. Her first competition was the Miss Mpumalanga Show Ambassador 2023, where she was crowned first princess. Since then, she has continued to excel, collecting numerous titles and awards. Her achievements include:
• Miss Pre-Teen Kabokweni 2024, second princess
• Mini Miss Mpumalanga 2024, first princess
• Miss Pre-Teen Hazyview 2024, queen
• Miss Pre-Teen Excellency South Africa 2025, second princess, and
• Miss Pre-Teen Excellency Mpumalanga 2025, queen.
This year she won Miss Provincial South Africa and was crowned Pre-Teen Queen of Nations South Africa 2026, where she received the Public Choice Award and Best Fun Fashion Wear awards.

Ntandoyenkosi said she credits her success to the support and inspiration of her older sister, Nokubonga Moeletsi, who introduced her to the world
of modelling, as well as her coach, Temasuthu Nkambule, who continues to mentor and guide her.
She said representing South Africa internationally is a dream come true.
“I will represent my country with dignity, pride and confidence. I want to show children my age that it does not matter where you come from, you can follow your dreams and never lose hope. Always trust in God,” she said.

She hopes to inspire her peers to believe in themselves and pursue their goals despite challenges.
Outside the pageant world, Ntandoyenkosi is passionate about soccer and proudly describes herself as the number-one soccer fan. She dreams of becoming a successful businesswoman and creating employment opportunities for graduates.
“I am committed to helping aspiring models. I encourage young people who are serious about the industry to develop their skills and confidence,” she said.
