Two bogus teachers from Daggakraal appearing in court

Two teachers accused of fraudulently forging their qualifications have been arrested.

Their arrest comes after the department of education received a letter from an anonymous person suspecting the qualifications of the two. They were teaching in separate schools in Pixley Ka Isaka KaSeme Municipality.

“Upon our investigations, we indeed find that the two forged their qualifications. They had been expelled from the system. We also open a criminal case against them, hence their court appearance today,” explained Jasper Zwane spokesperson for the department. He adds that the department will recoup all the money paid during their term of service.

The two will appear at Volksrust Magistrate’s Court.
