Buscor to increase fares in April

Commuters can expect an increase in their monthly, weekly and one-day trip tickets.

Buscor has announced its first fare increase for the year, which will take effect on 1 April 2019.

Commuters can expect an increase in their monthly, weekly and one-day trip tickets. The affected destinations are White River, Mbombela, Barberton and Malalane.

The commuters from Matsulu, Malekutu, Mpakeni, Makoko, Spelenyane, Luphisi, Phola, Mgcobeni, Swalala, Jerusalem, Dayizenza, Mahushu and Mvangatini will now pay the following prices:

Cash tariff: Day trip from R18 to R20, five-day tariff: R101 to R110, seven-day tariff: R141 to R154 and the monthly/26-day tariff: from R525.00 to R572.
