Powerful, life-changing seminar on the cards

The inspirational Bp Mduduzi Khoza and one of Mpumalanga’s most revered motivational speakers, Alex, will lead an All Powerful Life Changing seminar scheduled for July 31 at the KaMhlushwa God Never Fails (GNF).

Also headlining this seminar aimed at arming public leaders is Pr RS Mziyako. Speaking to Mpumalanga News about this life-changing event, Khoza said the seminar is opened to all members of society who either want to be future leaders or are currently in leadership positions.

He said he hopes the current Covid-19 regulations would have been eased by July 31 to allow this planned event to continue.

“This seminar is for all leaders, amakhosi (traditional leaders), politicians, pastors, business captains, principals, and leaders within the educational sector and in retail. Even though it is scheduled to take place in Nkomazi, rest assured this seminar is for everyone from all corners of the province,” said Khoza.

He said the genesis of this seminar was inspired by recent events of bullying and racial conflicts, especially at the school level.

“After these incidents, we realised that bullying doesn’t only take place at schools and by the young ones, but this ugly thorn is very much alive even at workplaces where bosses or supposed leaders treat the juniors miserably. This seminar is to try and plant a new seed in our leaders, of how to behave and to treat others.

“You know, there is a saying: ‘Leaders don’t force people to follow, but invite them on the journey.’ A true leader doesn’t create separation, but brings people together. “This is what this seminar is all about and we are hoping that our current leaders and future leaders will come in their numbers. I assure you, their lives will never be the same again and the lives of the people they lead will change for the better.

“We are aware that the country was just placed on lockdown level 4 with certain restrictions in place, and we are hopeful that these restrictions will have been eased so that we are able to continue with our planned session. But if the situation doesn’t improve and there are changes, we will communicate these accordingly,” said Khoza.
