RAF Mbombela service centre moves to Brown Street
Claimants can submit new claims, track existing cases, and receive on-site guidance at the temporary facility.
The Road Accident Fund’s Mbombela Customer Service Centre (CSC) is temporarily relocating to 34 Brown Street, Mbombela Central in Mpumalanga from September 1.
The six-month relocation forms part of the RAF’s efforts to improve customer experience and accessibility to services. The fund will communicate a permanent address in due course.
At the new office space, claimants will continue to receive assistance with:
• Submission of new claims
• Following up on existing claims
• General enquiries
• Accessing information, support and guidance from RAF officials.

Hospital centre expands local reach
The move follows the recent opening of the Rob Ferreira Hospital Service Centre on August 21, a key milestone in the RAF’s Expanded Service Reach and Accessibility (ESRA) strategy.
The Hospital Service Centre (HSC) brings RAF services closer to motor vehicle accident victims and their families by providing support within the hospital environment.
At the HSC, motor vehicle accident victims receive information about the RAF’s product benefits, guidance on the claim process and required documentation for claim lodgment.

The presence of two satellite offices in Mbombela, the CSC and HSC, signifies the RAF’s continued commitment to extending its service delivery footprint and increasing accessibility to its services.
Dedicated RAF employees will welcome and assist members of the public at the HSC and the temporary Customer Service Centre.

In the event of a motor vehicle accident, victims and their families can visit any of the above offices or contact the RAF Contact Centre on 087 820 1111 from Monday to Friday, 07:45 to 16:00.
