IN PHOTOS – Buhle Primary School honours those who live with HIV and Aids

The school's teachers and learners observed the candle-lighting ceremony, as well as some staff members of a nearby clinic.

Medical staff of KaBokweni Clinic, and teachers and learners of Buhle Primary School gathered to conduct a candle-lighting ceremony in memory of those who have passed away from HIV and Aids.

The event took place on May 25 at the school and saw many learners intrigued by the educational initiative. Some learners recited poems and were advised on how to take care of themselves and stay protected from the illness as they grow up.
