Hailing from the Thembisile Hani Local Municipality, Bokamoso Machika was just crowned as Miss Mpumalanga 2023.
The spectacular 13th Crowning Miss Mpumalanga show took place at the AFM Communio Church on Saturday April 1.
The 21-year-old beauty queen did not only walk away with the crown, but with a brand-new VW Polo and some other goodies.

She takes the baton from Miss Mpumalanga 2022, Lungile Fakude, who took her last walk as a Mpumalanga queen.
One of the top three accompanying Machika is Sinenhlanhla Sikhosana from Goven Mbeki Local Municipality, as the first runner-up. The second runner-up is Reitumeitse Mokoena from Bushbuckridge Local Municipality.

There was entertainment galore with performances by ‘Hamba Wena’ hit-maker Boohle and Mpumalanga sensations Karabo, Phumla Music and Passion Master.
