Police seek help to reunite Acornhoek man with his family

Family didn't know what Reckson Lebelelang Mohlala was wearing at the time of disappearance.

The police in the area have appealed to the public for assistance in locating a missing man. Reckson Lebelelang Mohlala (60), has been missing since March 20.

According to the Mpumalanga police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Jabu Ndubane, Mohlala left home in the morning to visit his uncle Mawilly Moriti in Mahashe Trust.

“He never returned home and all efforts made by his family members to locate him have been unsuccessful,” Ndubane said.

Mohlala is described to be dark in complexion.

The clothing he was wearing at the time of the disappearance is unknown.

Anyone with information that may assist in locating Mohlala is urged to contact the investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Catherine Hlongwana, on 079 709 4782.

Alternatively, members of the public can call the Crime Stop number 08600 10111 or share information on the My SAPS app.
