This was to honour the promise made by Premier Mandla Ndlovu, at the announcement of 2025 National Senior Certificate provincial results. He had pledged to support the top 10 Quintile 1 to 3 schools who achieved 100% pass rates. Ten schools were identified and 100 learners from each received uniforms.
