Bethal beauty crowned Miss Mpumalanga 2026
Miss Mpumalanga is one of the much loved events in Mpumalanga and it was well supported.
Miss Mpumalanga 2026 was crowned in a glittering ceremony at Communio Auditorium on Saturday, April 11.
Masibulele Mndebele, from Bethal in the Govan Mbeki Municipality, was crowned the new queen. The 24-year-old media practitioner and aspiring filmmaker said she aims to use her platform to empower young people to find healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.
Miss Mpumalanga 2025, Malibongwe Mkhwanazi, handed over the crown to the new winner during her final walk as Miss Mpumalanga.
Mpumalanga Economic Regulator CEO Vusi Mtsweni said the organisation remains committed not only to regulation, but also to development, inclusion and transformation.

“Platforms like these allow us to be ambassadors of positive change, empowering communities, inspiring the youth and promoting responsibility and opportunity,” he said.
He added that all the top 10 finalists are winners, praising them for their courage, preparation and potential.
