SENIOR FARM MANAGER – SUGARCANE MAWECRO FARMING SENIOR FARM MANAGER SUGARCANE We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Sugarcane Senior Farm Manager at Mawecro Farming, based in Komatipoort. This position reports directly to the Agricultural Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large-scale commercial sugarcane farming operation in accordance with established production targets, budgetary requirements, and agronomic best practices. The role requires strong leadership skills to effectively supervise, motivate, and develop a large workforce. Key responsibilities include overseeing all field operations, managing and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, administering budgets and operational records, implementing effective pest and disease control programmes, and promoting employee development, welfare, and performance. Applicants must have a minimum of ten years` experience in commercial sugarcane farming, with a proven track record in farm management and administration. A relevant post-matric qualification and a valid driver`s license. The ability to communicate in SiSwati is essential.
