AM/26/00416, in terms of Sections 90 and 91 Mbombela By- law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2019, for Rezoning of Portion 11 of Erf 2408 Barberton Township from “Residential” with a density of 1 dwelling unit per Erf` to “Residential” with a density of 1 dwelling unit per 550sqm`.
