I refer to our teachers as fundamental pillars of community growth and development because of the immense role they play in building and shaping the lives of our children and our future in general.
It is through the hands of teachers that doctors, nurses, accountants, civil engineers and so on have been molded.
“We truly appreciate that you do not only wear the hat of teachers, but that of parents, health practitioners, social workers and religious leaders. All these roles that teachers play propels our country to move forward.”
Teachers spend endless time ensuring that the lives of others are in a perfect order, they guarantee a smile on every learners face, and most importantly they instill knowledge and information to our children in a way that benefit our space and the world at large.
Today, on World Teachers Day, we sincerely salute you for your patriotic contribution and for the extra effort that you put on your work, caring and mentoring our children, we are humbled by your actions.
Happy World Teachers Day to each and every teacher we thank you for answering the calling of taking teaching as a profession.
