MBOMBELA – Idols SA Season 11 winner, Karabo Mogane, will be met with a homecoming fit for a king at Mbombela Stadium. The event is said to be hugely entertaining and people should come through for hugs and autographs.

“We are excited about his homecoming, it’s really long overdue. He has worked so hard to be where he is now, but it truly is the people that have voted for him to bag the title.

“We are really grateful to the entire country for making him what he is today, he is the product of their hands,” said Lehlogonolo Mogane, family spokesperson.

The day will also be marked by performances from this year’s top-10 finalists.

“I can’t pinpoint certain individuals yet, but some if not most of the top-10 contenders will also be there to celebrate with us. The hashtag is #FillUpMbombelaStadium, and we are looking forward to it.”

His album, ‘Love is a verb’, will also be launched on the day, and he will perform some of his songs as well. Festivities kick off at 15:30. Make sure to be there!
