Young aspiring Hip pop artist ready to take the world

Prince Khoza, also known as Pressure, believes that music is the only way he can tell his story.

Hip pop is more of a calling to this young man who was born and raised at kaMhlushwa in the Nkomazi region.

The Mpumalanga Sunshine Media Award winner with the hip pop song of the year in 2016, started his music career way back in 2009. Khoza said he was inspired by his brothers to join the rap music genre. He then released his first single in 2014. The ambition and fortitude for success is written in the face of this young man who has so far released one album with 15 tracks in 2015 titled: ”The investment.”Among other artists he worked with include Jay Spiter who is currently signed under the well-known Mabala Noise, Tiser and Skooler Boyz.

“One of the events that will be always in my mind was during the Miss Mpumalanga finals in 2014 at Emnotweni Arena where for the first time I shared a stage with KO,” he said. Khoza said it’s high time that Mpumalanga province empowers local artists by inviting them to events taking place around the province. However, he also mentioned that local artists must also take themselves seriously by producing good quality content and do all the paper work necessary in order for their music to be of benefit to them.
