Five passengers in one of the vehicles suffered moderate to serious injuries, while one was certified dead on scene.
A man was certified dead on the scene of a multi-vehicle accident involving a truck, a sedan and a bakkie on the N4 towards Malalane, just after the R37 and Riverside Intersection, in Mbombela today, November 25.
According to Martin Jeffrey of Emer-G-Med, five people were treated for moderate to serious injuries.
According to TRACN4, the N4 at that section is closed as a recovery is underway.
