PUBLIC NOTICE: CALLING FOR INSPECTION OF THE SECOND SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION ROLL AND LODGING OF OBJECTIONS (VALUATION ROLL PERIOD 2023 – 2028)
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) read together with Section 78(6) of the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004, hereinafter referred to as the “Act” that the second supplementary valuation roll for the financial year July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, is open for public inspection at the City of Mbombela municipal offices or at website: www.mbombela.gov.za from June 23 to August 1.
Objections can be submitted by e-mail at Info.valuations@mbombela.gov.za.
Property owners (for only properties affected by the supplementary valuations process) that have not received mailed notices by June 23 are requested to visit the municipal offices.
