Man jumps to his death in Menlyn, Pretoria
Emergency services were called to the scene as soon as it became known that the man was in distress.
A man jumped to his death at the Menlyn Maine Residence in Pretoria East on Thursday.
According to Menlyn Maine Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited, support systems and counselling have been organised at the facility for those residents and visitors who may need assistance because of the incident.
The company says emergency services were called immediately to the scene once it became apparent to the staff that the man was in distress.
An inquest docket has been opened after the incident. Police could not immediately provide more information about the incident.
