This after a woman was shot dead, allegedly by her ex-fiancé, while at work in the east of Pretoria in April.

The 33-year-old administrative clerk at Cura Health Insurance, on Rubenstein Drive, was about an hour into her workday when she was killed.

According to an eyewitness, the man arrived at the office on a motorcycle at about 9am. He apparently asked for the woman at reception, and when she walked down the staircase, he pulled out a firearm and shot her.
