There’s no better way to celebrate summer’s bounty with a Peach Cocktail infused with ice and a touch of cinnamon. This concoction marries the natural sweetness of ripe peaches with the refreshing chill of ice and the warm, aromatic embrace of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (or 250g of frozen peach slices)
  • 250 ml ice cubes
  • 60 ml clear spirit (vodka, gin, or rum)
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Peach slices for garnish
  • 30 ml cinnamon syrup

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, ice cubes, cinnamon syrup, clear spirit, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth, ensuring no large chunks of ice or peaches exist.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and cinnamon flavour by adding more syrup if needed.
  4. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of fresh peach.
