The new LS D-Max derivatives are distinguished by exterior elements such as the 17-inch alloy wheels, a colour-coded finish on the front fascia, mirror covers and door handles. Additionally, the mirrors are now power-adjustable. The interior gains a seven-inch infotainment screen, incorporating Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additionally, the LS models gain a handful of driver assistance systems, such as ABS, EBD, Electronic Stability Control with Traction Control, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, and Trailer Sway Control.

Power is sourced from the 110kW/350N.m 1.9 Ddi four-cylinder turbodiesel engine, mated to either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. Additionally, Isuzu offers a more powerful derivative, the 3.0 Ddi LS Single Cab, which employs a 140kW/450N.m, 3′ turbodiesel engine.
