Celebrate girls’ night in with rose gold gin cocktail

Elegant, refreshing, and ridiculously easy to make it’s got everything – floral notes, a hint of citrus, and just the right touch of pink to make it feel extra special. Whether you’re winding down with friends after a long week or celebrating the start of the weekend, this cocktail is the perfect way to raise your glass in style.

Ingredients

  • 50ml floral or pink gin
  • 15ml elderflower liqueur
  • 10ml rose water
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water or tonic

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, elderflower liqueur, rose water, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for another 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4.  Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  5. Top up with sparkling water or tonic.
