Go bananas over this creamy daiquiri

The Banana Daiquiri with white rum is a delectable fusion of creamy banana sweetness and the spirited kick of white rum.

  • 50 ml of white rum
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 25 ml of fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • Banana slices and lime wheels for garnish


  1. Begin by peeling and slicing the ripe bananas.
  2. Place the banana slices in a blender along with the crushed ice.
  3. Add white rum, fresh lime and granulated sugar.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the texture is too thick,  add a splash of water or more lime juice.
