The Yellow Parrot is a classic cocktail that combines the bold flavours of absinthe, yellow Chartreuse, and apricot liqueur.
Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 25 ml absinthe
- 25 ml yellow Chartreuse
- 25 ml apricot liqueur
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add the absinthe, yellow Chartreuse, and apricot liqueur.
- Stir until well chilled, around 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
