The Eau de Lavender might just be your new favourite sip

Crafted with a touch of finesse, this cocktail also features a silky egg white, giving it a luscious velvety texture and a frothy top.

The Eau de Lavender combines the crisp, clean taste of silver tequila with the zesty brightness of fresh lemon juice and the mellow sweetness of honey syrup. But what truly sets it apart is a dash of lavender bitters, which lends a delicate floral note that instantly transports you to a sun-soaked lavender field. Recipe compliments of Goldcrest.
