Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon
- Silver Tequila
- 2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of Honey syrup (equal parts Goldcrest Pure Honey & water)
- 1 Egg white
- 1 dash Lavender Bitters
- Edible flowers for garnish
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously.
- Add ice and shake again to emulsify thoroughly.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with an edible flower.
