Smoothie bowl with mango, dragon fruit, berries and hemp seeds

This recipe comes together in just minutes using five simple ingredients and a blender, making it an easy option for a quick breakfast.

Made with a mix of frozen mango, dragon fruit, and berries, this smoothie bowl is full of colour and flavour. The secret touch is a splash of brewed Tetley Black Tea, which adds a gentle, refreshing depth that balances all that fruitiness. You can top it however you like, but this recipe uses slices of fresh orange, a few raspberries, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.

Ingredients

For the ice cream:

  • 1/ 2 cup brewed Tetley Black Tea (cooled with 1-2 ice blocks)
  • 1  cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Toppings:

  • Orange slices
  • Raspberries
  • Hemp seeds

Method

  1. Add the frozen mango, dragon fruit, mixed berries, and hemp seeds to a blender.
  2. Pour the cooled black tea into the blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture has a thick consistency.
  4. Scoop into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
