Smoothie bowl with mango, dragon fruit, berries and hemp seeds

Made with a mix of frozen mango, dragon fruit, and berries, this smoothie bowl is full of colour and flavour. The secret touch is a splash of brewed Tetley Black Tea, which adds a gentle, refreshing depth that balances all that fruitiness. You can top it however you like, but this recipe uses slices of fresh orange, a few raspberries, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
Ingredients
For the ice cream:
- 1/ 2 cup brewed Tetley Black Tea (cooled with 1-2 ice blocks)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Toppings:
- Orange slices
- Raspberries
- Hemp seeds
Method
- Add the frozen mango, dragon fruit, mixed berries, and hemp seeds to a blender.
- Pour the cooled black tea into the blender.
- Blend until the mixture has a thick consistency.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
