Easy-to-make strawberry cheesecake tartlets

Ingredients
- 12 prepared tartlet shells
250 ml (250g) cream cheese - 45 ml (¼ cup) sugar
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) butter
- 1 egg
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) cream
- 15 ml (10 g) cake flour
- Rhodes Quality Strawberry Jam
Method
- To make the filling, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and butter until light and smooth.
- Add in egg and mix until well blended.
- Stir in the cream and the flour.
- Pour the cheese filling into the baked pastry shells.
- Place 2.5 ml (½ tsp) of Rhodes Quality Strawberry Jam onto the middle of each tartlet and use a toothpick to swirl the jam into the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180ºC for 10-12 minutes until just set.
- Remove from the oven and cool.
