Yoghurt oaty pots with grapes, celery and apples

Toasting the oats in a dry pan for a couple of minutes gives them a warm, nutty flavour and a bit of crunch.

What’s great about this recipe, compliments of B-well Foods, is that it’s ready in minutes. Just a few simple ingredients layered in a bowl, and you’ve got breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, or even a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup oats
  • 200g red grapes, sliced in half lengthways
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • 2 green apples, cored and chopped, skin on
  • 400g plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons B-Well Canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

Method

  1. Dry fry the oats in a frying pan for 2 minutes to toast them.
  2. Divide the grapes, celery and apples between 4 bowls.
  3. Mix the B-well Canola oil and plain yoghurt together.
  4. Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the fruit. Sprinkle on the toasted oats.
  5. Sprinkle on walnuts (optional).
  6. Serve immediately.
