Yoghurt oaty pots with grapes, celery and apples
Toasting the oats in a dry pan for a couple of minutes gives them a warm, nutty flavour and a bit of crunch.
What’s great about this recipe, compliments of B-well Foods, is that it’s ready in minutes. Just a few simple ingredients layered in a bowl, and you’ve got breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, or even a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats
- 200g red grapes, sliced in half lengthways
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 2 green apples, cored and chopped, skin on
- 400g plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons B-Well Canola oil
- 2 tablespoons walnuts
Method
- Dry fry the oats in a frying pan for 2 minutes to toast them.
- Divide the grapes, celery and apples between 4 bowls.
- Mix the B-well Canola oil and plain yoghurt together.
- Spoon the yoghurt mixture over the fruit. Sprinkle on the toasted oats.
- Sprinkle on walnuts (optional).
- Serve immediately.
