Prosecco, fig and rosemary spritz cocktail

This prosecco, fig and rosemary spritz is a light, sparkling cocktail with soft fruit sweetness, herbal notes and a bright citrus finish.

You do not need sunshine, sandals and a table outside to enjoy a fresh, sparkling cocktail. In fact, some drinks feel even better in winter, especially when they lean into the season’s richer flavours. This prosecco, fig and rosemary spritz brings a cosy twist to the usual spritz, pairing light bubbles with the soft sweetness of fig, a squeeze of citrus and the earthy scent of rosemary. It’s a great cocktail choice if you’re hosting friends, planning a slow weekend lunch, or want something pretty in your glass on a chilly evening.
