Motorists are advised to stay away from the low-lying streets.

The CBD area of Ladysmith is flooding once again.

Roads such as Alexandra, Lyell, King and Queen Street are swirling with water.

This morning (January 15), motorists were seen negotiating a flooded Lyell Street at the risk of doing damage to their vehicles.

It is advised that motorists stay away from the above-mentioned streets until the water subsides.
